Terms and Conditions

Some Vehicle models are unable to accept radio mute and/or a no drill bracket, additionally, a different type of antenna may be fitted. We will advise in advance where possible of any in-compatability we are or become aware of.

Cancellation fee: None if more than 24hrs notice, otherwise 50% of standard labour rate.

De-Re installs must be completed at the same site, on the same day, and at the same time, otherwise engineer will de-install only, and install will need to be paid for and booked separately.

Vehicle must be the one identified on the original booking form, and owner/user should ideally be present or available on site.

Service available only on the UK mainland, but including Northern Ireland.
